Experience

- Ability to learn via online, live, and/or instructor-led phone/conference call

- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Good typing, data entry, spelling and numeracy skills
Computer Skills
- Excellent to high computer skills, use Internet daily, able to download programs and email file attachments
- Skilled using sms text, chat and instant message communications
- Knowledge of and comfortable using keyboard short-cuts, such as cut-and-paste
- Ability to trouble-shoot computer glitches independently before calling for assistance
- Able to work with multiple browser windows - up to five or more
Work Requirements
- Legally able work in the United Kingdom
- Secondary/High school education or equivalent
- 18 years or older
- Must have home PC and Internet connection that meet requirements
- Background Check
- Successful background check is required and contigent on job offer
Shifts
- We are open 365 days per year and aim to be extremely flexible to acommodate your schedule
- Full-time and part-time available - Typically 40 hours and 15 hours respectively
